Jairo Montoya
Pastor Jairo resides in Mooresville, NC, with his wife, Banny, and their children. Married since 1998, he carries a strong passion for leading people into a deeper relationship with God. Called to equip and empower men in both ministry and business, Pastor Jairo desires to see them walk in spiritual strength, integrity, and kingdom purpose. With years of ministry experience, he leads with authenticity, compassion, and vision—raising a generation grounded in God’s Word and filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. He also has a deep heart for this generation and youth, inspiring them to pursue God’s calling and make an impact in every area of life.
Banny Montoya
Pastor Banny lives in Mooresville, NC, with her husband, Jairo, and their family. Together since 1998, she shares a heart for helping others encounter God’s presence in real and transformative ways. She is passionate about mentoring leaders, strengthening families, and equipping the body of Christ to walk in excellence, obedience, and spiritual maturity. Called to build and empower women of God—as daughters, wives, mothers and leaders—she loves to see women rise in confidence and purpose, fully embracing their identity in Christ. With a special heart for this generation and youth, she is devoted to seeing young people discover their God-given purpose and live boldly for His glory. Through teaching, prayer, and hands-on ministry, Pastor Banny’s desire is to see every person experience the power, presence, and glory of God in everyday life.
Carlos Macias
Pastor Carlos Macias has been married to his wife, Marlyn, since 1998, and they currently live in Mooresville, North Carolina with their two sons. They have been faithfully serving the Lord since 2000. Carlos’ passion for ministry grew through his involvement in worship, where he discovered his heart for leading others into God’s presence. He is dedicated to mentoring and equipping believers, helping them grow in their gifts and walk in the purpose God has for them. Today, Pastor Carlos serves Shekinah Glory Church with sincerity, humility, and a true desire to see lives transformed and God’s Kingdom advanced.
Marlyn Macias
Pastor Marlyn Macias has been married to her husband, Carlos, since 1998, and together they live in Mooresville, North Carolina with their two sons. She has been serving the Lord faithfully since 2000. Marlyn’s heart for ministry has grown through her years in worship, where she loves creating an atmosphere for people to encounter God’s presence. She is passionate about mentoring others, uplifting them, and helping them grow spiritually as they discover their identity and purpose in Christ. Marlyn finds joy in seeing people strengthened, encouraged, and transformed through God’s love. Pastor Marlyn serves Shekinah Glory Church with grace, compassion, and a genuine desire to see lives healed, restored, and empowered.
